Words To Inspire In A Web Site Banner

I'm revising my website and will be having a banner created. Currently playing aobut with the words to include on a banner, may well be in flash so could have a couple of phrases that rotate.

    Don't do it in flash - it's distracting to the reader.

    thanks for your suggestions, I especially like the comment on not using flash.

    I dont think this are going to be suitable they seem like half way there, so i welcome anything more,
