Tagline/logo Needed For Startup Technology Company

We have recently started a technology consulting company named Innopulse Inc. Currently my strategy is to be a technology leader and only support leading/forefront technologies. I am not interested in providing break/fix services and support services. For example, we are currently providing project management/technology services for Sharepoint 2007, Vista, and Office 2007.

We chose the company name based on this strategy. Some of our ideas for taglines are:
On the pulse of technology.
Staying with the heartbeat of technology
When it comes to technology, we dont miss a beat.

As for the logo, we are stuck and dont have any good ideas yet.

    As for logo - I would consider using the elements of: an EKG/EEG trace, a blue sky, and a computer (if you're specializing in software - computer chip if you're hardware).

    I like it, it is catchy. The tag is a little long, but it could work in your case.

    Whatever logo you choose, when it is on a website it should pulse like a heartbeat.
