Few suggestions are -
1. Know the way...lead the way! Or Know the way...go the way!
2. Lead by example! OR Leading the way!
3. From follower to the leader!

Just a first thought - "Creating Momentum" or "Developing Momentum".
You are making the momentum move and persist by your motivational ideas.
