Current Development In Excellence Customer Insights And Its Relation To Marketing Campaign In Asia?

I am doing a research on this topic for a business conference purpose. i would like to know more about its recent development in Asia region, what is the chanllenges ahead. I also would like to know what are the important issues / topics that are urgently and directly concern and influence the business world?

    Many of the issues that impact Asia are related to China.

    - they have a seemingly limitless, low paid work force, so have drawn manufacturing work from other low cost countries, affecting all economies around the region

    - they have a seemingly limitless demand for raw materials, raising commodity prices throughout the world

    - currently the world is English-centric. But China's huge population has the potential to change that. For example, it is predicted that some time in the next few years, there will be more Internet users in China than in the United States.

    - there is concern that the Chinese economy may crash, pulling down the region's (and much of the world's) economy.

    Ok, this last one isn't just China. There are always many risks in Asia that any one of the areas of conflict (China-Taiwan, North & South Korea, India-Pakistan, etc.) will turn into a war.

    Sorry about my response being slightly off topic - I missed the subject line you posted and answered based just on the bnody of your question - from which, I thought you were after much broader area related to Asia.
