Hiring Freelance Sales People?

Hiring Freelance Sales People? I've started the Consultancy company in India and USA .I have registered has primary vendor for some of the big software companies in India and USA..I've been trying to market my business on my own to become primary Vendor to large to medium Finance and Pharama Companies.I've been wondering about whether I would have any luck trying to recruit a freelance salesperson willing to work on commission only. I'm willing to set the commission pretty high.Any suggestions, criticisms or alternatives? Help,or pointers to additional info, would be greatly appreciated.My Consultancy is specialized in providing Java,C++,VC++,Dataware housing, SAP ,QA ,Testing and Validation professionals.

    Hi pancham.hunashimarad,

    In my experience, hiring freelance on a commisiion basis isn't the best solution for you. They are likely to be poorer quality sales people with little committment to your business. Sure it's attractive to "hire" without financial risk, but you would be better served to invest something more into getting top sales people.
