How To Calculate Retention Rates
There has been an big debate as to how to calculate retention rates from our brand health tracking survey. One is to divide Current Users (Numerator) by Most Often Brand Users (Denominator). The other is the reverse. Can you shed some light on this and is there a generally accepted formula to calculate retention rates for any brand.
