    Hi cpcrtwin,
    A few questions:
    1. What do you know about Toyota's Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats? Give us your perspective, and then we can help you fill in the gaps.

    2. Have you tried searching the KHE (click over to http://www.marketingprofs.com/ea/res_search.asp and search on SWOT) and Google (www.google.com)? What did you find there?

We won't do your homework here, but we will certainly help you fill in the gaps, as well as help you better articulate your answers. However, we need you to do the heavy lifting first.

(Remember, your peers and your professors are probably visiting the site too... they know whether or not you're taking the easy way out...)

Can't wait to hear your answers and help you fill in the gaps -- that's what we're here for!
