Swot Analysis

I'm going to start marketing toothpaste in South Africa. My target market is 18-25.
I need to ask you if you could give me some information about the SWOT analysis of that market?

    My competition would be all the big brands. Colgate is very strong in South Africa.
    The South African population need to improve their teeth. And over there, they do not have fluoride. Therefore, if we focus our product and let it have fluoride, I think it would work.
