Need Source For Online Survey.

I'm marketing a new product to a specific target mareket and need a reputable source to help design a consumer survey and make available on the Internet. I can't use a service such as surveymonkey.com as I don't have my own mailing list.
Any suggestions would be appeciated.

    I've used these people for eshots, and I think they do surveys, worth checking them out. We get a great service from them.
