Online Usablity Testing - Vendor Needed

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
Hi all. I'm looking for a company that can conduct online usabilty testing. The companies I have spoken with so far are:

Vividence.com - too expensive and requires respondents download a new browser

RelevantView.com - terrific, well priced, requires no special browser but cannot track clickstream data for pages with flash

Would greatly appreciate other recommendations.

Thanks in advance.

    Here is another good link:

And last, but not least, I found a page with a TON of Usability company links to choose from. Some are lab, some offer what you are looking for. You have to contact most of them for prices.

    Again...Good Luck!

Also, since you wish to develop and analyze your own survey and data, you may want to consider utilizing my firm's capabilities to create and host an online survey with comprehensive reports etc, in combination with a clickstream data source such as WebTrends.

Doing it this way will be more economial and give you more control. Basically, you would be going around what the other firms do by "sub-contracting" the tools yourself, rather than paying big Usability firm prices and being restricted to their policies.
