Earn Points For Referring Colleagues

Hi all! A while ago I posted a question about attracting more question Askers to our forum. We are hard at work implementing several of the ideas you offered. If you're curious, here's the thread:

One of the ideas (from Ricky) was to reward our members for attracting new participants. This morning we finished developing a system to do just that! Check out our new "Invite Colleagues" link in the Participate box to the right. More info is available in this FAQ:
