A Good Free Calendaring Web App Besides Google...

Has anyone found a good calendaring web application like Google Calendaring that is both free and user friendly? I like Google Calendaring but find it kind of clunky. Would enjoy your recommendations.

Are you looking for a module to plug into your website and/or blog?
Are you looking to have a group calendar or just keep track of things for yourself?
And what specifically do you find clunky?
What specific features do you need to get your job done?
Does it have to sync up with a PDA?
