I am wondering what your plans are with Facebook places? If you are a company that has multiple locations/buildings how do you decide which location should represent your brand?

In the help section of Adobe Connect it says there should be a menu option in the Q&A section to download that section as an RTF text file. However, the only option I saw was "Help." How can I get a copy of the Q&A comments for this seminar? Thank you.

A question about Facebook landing pages:

I have set our client's FB landing page to a custom FBML page I created. My colleagues who are NOT fans of our client's page DO get the custom FBML page as the landing page when they go to our client's page. However, my colleagues who ARE fans of our client's page do NOT get the custom FBML page and instead get the Wall as their landing page. Has anyone heard of FB presenting different landing pages depending on whether you are a fan vs. not a fan? (I certainly didn't try to do this on purpose!)

    Kacie,
I don't think there is a way around it, I am pretty sure it's Facebook feature that is set in stone. You will just have to ensure you are promoting your Tabs on your wall so that your current fans know to go check it out when it is updated.

    Annalisa,
good question. Honestly we have not played with Facebook Places since we don't sell directly. However, I would either choose your headquarters or your biggest location.
I would also consider doing a quick directory of your stores on your Facebook page so that it's easy for folks to find you.

    Hi, greg.ness --

The RTF file is only available in Adobe Connect if you are hosting the meeting, sorry!

I've posted the Q&A transcript on the seminar materials page next to the web recording, slides to download and MP3 file.
