    Scroll down and look on the right for the category in orange - "My Account." Underneath that, you'll see "My Email Alerts." Select that. On the next page, you and opt out of all mailings by making sure that no checks appear in any boxes. Save it and you won't receive another email! Good bye and have a nice life.
