Why My Subscriber Recived My Email In Spam Folder?

i am using mass email service provider which helps shootout bulk mails but customer review found that my subscriber received mail in spam folder what are the reasons of this or what are the solution.

    Were your "bulk emails" sent with the permission of those you were sending your emails to? Are the emails good quality, or just sales pitches?

    Spamming is a serious subject, and many inoffensive emails find their way into spambins. Computers use algorithms that are not perfect. Even Aweber's famously spam-proof email blasts do occasionally find their way into the spam bin.

    It could also be that someone dumped one of your emails into the spam bin - because of the content - and the email service then took action.

    Mass e-mail? Unless you're sending e-mail to people who have opted in to receive your material, your messages are going into people's spam folders because you're sending spam.

    Have people on your listed ELECTED to receive mail from you through a double opt in where you ask them to confirm their e-mail address once they've signed up?

    Your email could arrive in their spam folder for a wide variety of reasons, including: the IP address you mailed from was classified as sending spam by spam software, the contents of your email looked like a spam message, etc. There's a number of tools that may help you understand things better, including: https://www.emailspamtest.com/, https://www.contactology.com/check_mqs.php, and https://litmus.com/spam-filter-tests.

    There are a lot of reasons why your email message ended up as spam in the spam box.

    First off, the Internet Service Provider could be using www.spamcop.com's IP address blacklist to filter incoming messages, if someone has reported your email service's IP addresses to Spamcop as a source of spam, well, there's reason one.

    Second, someone else may have reported your domain as a source of spam, and again you;ve been added to a blacklist, resulting in your message being filtered and dumped as a spam message.

    Third, you could be using words in your email subject line or body of your message that triggered a spam filter. Words like FREE in the subject line can result in your message being automatically filtered.

    Lastly, many people have their own spam filters. I use my own custom filters in my Thunderbird email client, and I can add words, IP addresses, domain names, etc to my spam filter, and filter almost any message I want into the Spam message box.

    There are almost as many reasons why your message was trapped as spam as there are receivers of email. You may want to start reading up on how to construct an email message to avoid spam filters, but I must warn you, its like digging a hole in water trying to avoid every spam filter and get 100 percent deliverablility.
