i wish to create seo and key words and tagline for our website. it is about gardens open to the public and luxury B&B accommodation

Your first step needs to look at the kind of people who like things like the National Trust, museums and that sort of thing. What do they want when taking a weekend to a stately home (your luxury B&B).

If you could respond to these points, we can form a sort-of strategy around it and the keywords should fall out in the process.

Have a look at websites of businesses that would be similar to yours and look at the source code (ctrl-U) of their page to find the keywords they use. You can also use Google Ads to find keyword suggestions. If you explain a little more what you're offering (eg where and who for) we can help with taglines.

Where is "our" website? Which country are you in and where will most of your potential visitors come from? Without this information it's pretty much impossible to niche down on key phrases.

Google Adwords Keyword planner is the ideal tool to get keywords for your website . The tagline should be unique and must have the primary keywords. Include these keywords in the content as well to increase the traffic to the website.
You can then start the SEO process once you have identified the keywords.
