Best Way To Present Market Research?

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
Hi everyone,

I'm putting together a portfolio of market research for my client and I'm not sure how to present it. Does anyone have any systems or ways to present it without it looking messy and will make it look very professional?

Thank you,
Emily

Start by stating the objective and expected use of results. What is the burning question you're trying to answer? Then present your findings in a logical order. Then draw the conclusion that answers the question, based on the findings you've presented. Then indicate the appropriate action you want the client to take based on the answer to the original question.

Make the basic portfolio "lean". If you've got lots of tables & graphs, leave them for an appendix. Focus on your key findings, and leave the details for later. That'll allow people to be able to follow your portfolio without being bogged down on the wrong things.
