What would be the objective of such a "catchy slogan?" What would it do for the business? What is it supposed to communicate? To whom?

Ideally a quick way to communicate to the audience (parents, students, teachers) to find out more/value of this tutoring service.

What's the name of the center? Why should people choose this center instead of others (or doing it themselves)?

What IS the value of this tutoring service? How is it different from, and better than, other tutoring services?

"Catchy" slogans are not nearly as effective as relevant benefit-oriented slogans. What can you promise that will set you apart from competition?

As for the target audience, you're better served if you can target just the decision-maker, because then you can be more specific with your promise/message. Parents, students and teachers may each have a different perspective on what they expect from a tutoring service.
