    What's the context of your title? Who's the audience? What are you wanting them to do? What's in it for the reader?

    We need more information. Perhaps you can answer Jay's questions. What's the name of the company or sponsoring organization? Where? Why "high?" Is it like high = expensive, or high = stoned, or high = up in the mountains, or high = very warm?
