Creative Name For Real Estate Biz In Historic Area

Posted by heather.buckman on 250 Points
I'm a new real estate agent in Jacksonville, Florida and am trying to come up with a good tag line that I can use for things like my newsletter, email signature, on my website, etc. Not digging the traditional stuff like "Real Estate Insight", etc.

I specialize in Jacksonville's historic districts. Beautiful old homes and communities with tons of character, class and spunk. In coming up with a tagline, I'm worried about being too specific about the historic angle and would be discluding people who want to buy/sell in non-historic districts, which I don't want to do. Maybe I shouldn't worry about that?

Here's my website and Facebook page to get a sense of who I am:

For Facebook, I tend to get the best response when I drive around my neighborhood posting pics of old houses with a bit of the story behind them (ie the house where Mary Lincoln used to vacation in when she was suffering from mental health issues)

Any great ideas? Thanks in advance!

If you get the best responses for historic districts, then focus on that! Some suggestions:
Historically Great Deals (or Real Estate)
Specializing in Historic Properties (or Districts)

Don't worry about "discluding" anyone. It's more important to be specific to the people for whom you are the right realtor than it is to be everything to everyone. Most people try to position themselves as the perfect solution for everyone, and as a result they are ordinary, or "generic," for everyone.
