Opinion Needed For A Property Stylist Service

Posted by luxurythree on 25 Points
I am starting up a new Property Stylist business. Also closely related to Home Staging, however I need to keep my costs down to start therefore cannot afford to do the staging business (yet). This business is to beautify properties that are going up for sale to have them look their best, flow well and de-clutter the personal attachments so buyers will see its potential. It will include both interior and exterior parts of the property.

My dilemma is the Name. I want to name it "SHOWCASE" then have the Property Stylist description beside my name. I also had the name "SHOWTIME". I love the names however I will be mostly selling to women and know the importance of "emotion" and "how it will benefit them" in the name...and these do neither I believe.
My sister hates the word Stylist..but that is the term for that position.
She also wants to have the "S" as a dollar sign instead to imply that much money will be gained from using this service. I think that the $ as the "S" in SHOWCASE would send the message that this service is pricey.
I am also really stuck on a tag-line other than "leading you to the best seat in the Market" which is too long and not very professional sounding. Another more preferable one is "show it well-case the rewards" (or benefits).
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.
Regards,
Cathy

If people aren't familiar with the term "Property Stylist", then your entire name + tagline won't be meaningful. Perhaps make your name: Showcase Property Consulting (to incorporate the word "property" to give a clue). Then your tagline can provide an emotional benefit such as ("Improve your real estate profits").

Thank you Jay for that advise. I would think this would make it sound like I consult on a property to purchase....such as if it is worth the buy. Since this initial question I have come up with SHOWCASE PROPERTY ENHANCEMENT w/tag: low cost = high value
or SHOWCASE PROPERTY POTENTIAL w/tag: a minor investment for a major return

    Any other comments or suggestions?
