Marketing To Institutions, How To Reach Them

LOOKING TO REACH OUT TO COLLEGES, UNIVERSITIES,HOTELS, TOWNS,PARKS AS WELL AS THE ARCHITECTS/DESIGNERS THAT SPEC RENOVATIONS AND NEW CONSTRUCTION FOR THESE INSTITUTIONS. WE ARE LOOKING TO MAKE THEM AWARE OF OUR PRODUCT FOR THEIR PROJECTS. THE PRODUCT WE OFFER IS OUTDOOR FURNITURE DESIGNED FOR THEIR TYPE OF USE WE DO NOT WANT TO SELL TO HOMEOWNERS OR TO RETAIL SO REGULAR MARKETING WILL NOT REACH WHO WE ARE TRYING TO TARGET.

    Then, you create and roll out a direct mail campaign aimed at the self interests of your ideal buyers.

    Awareness is one thing. Understanding why they should trust your offering is another. Who's purchased from you already? Why? Instead of trying to sell to all the organizations you listed, find out more about how/when they purchase and what would cause them to switch to your offering.
