    Most of my experience has been selling to the US federal government. In most cases, it is easiest to develop relationships with companies who have existing performance contracts. Generally speaking, such companies are not interested in taking the time to develop leads for your products. They want the vendor to do the work grading the demand, and they want to sell and deliver the product and earn a commission on the basis of their contacts and relationships and procurement contracts.

    If you intend to try to sell directly to the United States federal government, believe it or not, one of the most important decisions you will make is the ownership structure of your business. Busineesses which are owned by certain types of people (Native Americans, women, service disabled American veterans, various minorities) have advantages in the procurement process.

    I know the number of companies and spent $10,000 or more to establish a GSA schedule with the end result of zero dollars in revenues. The United States federal government is the single largest purchaser of goods and services in the world. There are incredible opportunities. But they play by their rules, not by your rules.

    Have you ever seen a picture of a bear in Alaska, devouring salmon as they swim upstream? That is what federal systems integrators are like. They do not want to do the work to create opportunities or tell people about your product. If the deal is big enough, maybe they will be interested enough to pursue it with their existing procurement vehicles.

    Thanks for your answears thats a great help. Ill keep on my visits and meetings to get thing done and start good relations with Mexican Goverment in my states nearby. This company has great products and servics that will increase and give lots of benefits for all
