Best Company To Create Website?

I am a real estate broker starting my own company. I need an expansive website where I can upload tons of you tube videos I create, blogs, how to steps of the process.
Also where I could collect payment and it extracts and parallels data from our mls system (where they can search any home on the market)

Who is the most efficient and cost effective?
I'm tech Savy for the most part. For example, creating a website on godaddy is easy for me.
But I understand this maybe more complex.

Also, driving traffic to my website and using it for marketing purposes is IMPORTANT so seo's are a must

    You are assuming that SEO is most important. That may not be the case (the way it used to be), and good SEO takes a long time to become effective, especially in competitive markets (like real estate).

    To address your main question, you probably need three different skills: (1) website architecture, (2) graphic design, and (3) copywriting. Each of these is critical to a good website.

    Then you need marketing expertise to promote the website and generate high-quality traffic.
