so we need a STUNNING Tag line for my b2b portal world wide,
basically its a plastic b2b portal

Who is your target audience? Where? Why do you want a tagline? What do you want it to communicate?

Answer those questions, and we will make some suggestions.

our target audience are;- All plastic products manufacturers,distrubuters,dealers,and all type of plastic machinary,and all type of plastic raw materials around the world.
for example- iwant the tag line like below
-global trade begins here
-connecting to global trade

my tag line should include the word INNOVATION OR CREATIVITY

"Global trade begins here" and "connecting to global trade" are probably going to be meaningless to your target audience. Ditto for "innovation" and "creativity." Those are empty promises and they will be quickly discarded/forgotten.

What's the purpose of the tagline you want? What's the name of the company?

As a separate subject, the target audience you describe is way too broad to be realistic. Why not start with something you can reasonably serve, and then expand as you demonstrate that you are able to do so. That will give you a chance to experiment with your marketing plan before spending millions of dollars trying to reach everyone in the target audience you described.
