Trade Show Action Plan Activity

I have to create an action plan that required is to schedule what activities need to be done before the trade show. This should be done using a Gantt chart to include timelines and costs that are realistic and consistent with budget resources.

any advice on the action plan for the trade show that very important that I can use

    Not seeing a GANTT chart.
    How will you determine realistic costs/timelines for your effort?
    How will you determine the ROI of your efforts?
    Would your target audience be interested in any of the competitions/games you're proposing? How do you know? Are these aligned with your branding?
