How To Measure The Performance Of Telemarketer

I want to know, how to measure the performance of telemarketer. I try to make a daily report which helping them resuming the process of telemarketing. But I still have not found the suitable report format which could cover all information in the process.

    Hi

    and if at all possible, find ways to measure the sales (or whatever) generated in other channels, from people who received a call from the telemarketing team.

    Chances are that the telemarketign had an influence on their purchases.
