This is my dilemma. I go by Mosier Real Estate. I sell some comercial, some residential, mostly in the city. I am having a hard time coming up with a catchy slogan. The shorter the better.

Why do you want a slogan? What do you expect it to do for you? What's the objective?

The problem with "coming up with a catchy slogan" is that if it doesn't mean anything, it's more distracting than helpful. And if we don't know what it's supposed to communicate, the only thing we can do is "come up with a [generic] catchy slogan."

Let's say we come up with 25 possible slogans for you. How will you decide which one to use? What criteria will you use to rule in/out each one? How will you know if any of them are any good?

What you need to do is a positioning exercise for your business. Figure out who your primary target audience is. Be as specific as you can. Don't try to be all things to all people.

Then find out what the most important needs of that target audience are, and position yourself as the first/best/only solution to the most important need. Of course, it has to be honest and truthful. Don't promise what you can't deliver.

This may seem like overkill, but it's really the only way to do this right. Otherwise, if all you want is something catchy, try "That's all folks!" or something equally inane.

P.S. Are you going to tell us what country/state/province you're in? What makes you different from, and better than, other realtors in your area? Why do people come to you and what benefits do you deliver that sets you apart from others? Etc. Etc.
