Need Name For Island Chicken Restaurant

Posted by Anonymous on 125 Points
New restaurant opening that features genuine Carribean grilled chicken. This is not "jerk" chicken, but fully roasted/grilled chicken in the genuine Carribean tradition.

We're looking for a name, and perhaps a tagline.

Help!

Thank you~!

I found the following ad on the caribbeanedge.com site for a Cayman Islands restaurant called "Chicken! Chicken! Caribbean Wood Roasted":

Chicken! Chicken! Caribbean Wood Roasted is a genuine Caribbean specialty house featuring delicious Caribbean wood roasted chicken, a wide variety of fresh vegetables and salads and homemade Caribbean style cornbread. The best of local flavor is waiting for you!

If this is similar to what you're planning, but not in Cayman Islands, you might call it something like The Genuine Caribbean Wood-Roasted Chicken Grill. It's a long name, but you could lead it with something short and catchy, like smallbusinessgrowth's "Reggae Grill."

Or, if it comes from a family recipe, you could honor that person by using the name (with permission of course), like Mama Juanita's Caribbean Chicken or Uncle Paco's Famous Grilled Chicken. Once we get a name, the tagline will reflect and enhance it.

    Thanks,
