The services we offer are an international extension of the locally based personal service business we have operated since 1996. They range from simple to sophisticated, and for our local clients we continue to offer face to face interviews included in the price.
Our hit rate on the site is satisfactory (we subscribe to a good stats service), and the resultant firm enquiries are running at about the rate we expected. However, our conversion rate from firm enquiry to sales is low.
Do we need a low priced intro offer to start a relationship with customers?
We think our site is easy to read, navigate and understand. Prices cover a wide range tailored to local markets, priced in local currencies. We have a secure encrypted payment system.
Any suggestions to improve our conversion rate would be most welcome.
