Need A Tagline/slogan For Property Firm

I got this new project and the customer is a Property Developer. Glomac is the name of the company...They need me to write a tagline (in not more than 140 characters) to best describe how Glomac can improve the quality of your life, work & play.
Any ideas? Most of the ones I came up was like....
Glomac is a world-class property developer with services and products that are life shapers

Properties that change your lifestyle.....for the better

Building living environments for work and play (or)
Developers of specialised lifestyle properties (or)
Specialist properties for enhanced living
Or a variation of these...
Keep it short and memorable, and as non-exclusive as possible; you don't want to narrow its appeal too much; unless you're targeting a niche
Taglines should be punchy, short and sweet; no lingering bad aftertaste

All of your taglines sound good...I just need a few more before I make up my mind
