Fun Jewelry Boutique Name

Posted by Anonymous on 250 Points
My girlfriends and I are trying to come up with a business name for our jewelry and accessory boutique. We will not have an actual store, but will be doing trunk shows/open houses. We would like to use the name Paisley....but do we put something with it...like Paisley Belle?

Thanks!

    maybe ...

    Partly Paisley
    Perfectly Paisley
    Purely Paisley
    The Paisley Difference

Of course, it would be best to have a good creative brief:

I don't mean to sound cruel, but your potential customers don't give a darn about what name you would like to use. Any name you do use must, to grab their attention, be a name they like, that grabs their attention, that they are likely to relate and respond to.

Take Paisley, for example. That applies better to fabrics than to a jewelry and accessories trunk show seller.

For obvious reasons, I strongly suggest that whatever name you end up selecting, "Trunk Show" should be in either the name of the business or the 4-6 word tagline that will always accompany that name.

    Hope that helps.

Paisley can also be a "state of mind" or "state of being". To some, the term "Paisley" may bring up thoughts of the type of jewelry that became popular during that 60's-70's time frame.

I like Paisley Belle...but it should have more, such as:

    Paisley Belle Jewelry Designs
    Jewelry Designs by Paisley Belle
    Jewelry by Paisley Belle.

    Betty Crocker didn't exist...as a person. "Paisley Belle" doesn't need to be a person...but can be a sense of being...or, a feeling.

    Make sense to you?

As a tag, such as Phil suggested...

One of a kind Trunk Shows.

    Something like that...or....not.
