Non-profit Charity Tagline And Name

I am part of a group establishing a non-profit which will provide families dealing with cancer a vacation rental for one week plus travel expenses. These trips will be given to families who has a parent or child with cancer so they can have a retreat. A lot of these families have a limited time to build memories and these trips will allow a good way to do this. Need a great name and tagline which captures this. We were thinking of using the tagline Helping families capture snapshots in time. However, this probably isn't the best and we still don't have a good name. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I think your tagline about snapshots is almost like giving up. Let's remember his/her life now...isn't that pushing it, in many cases?
