what are the basic reasons that Indian service sector is growing. and Is Indian service sector better than china?

In service, I assume you are talking about BPO service companies, like Wipro and Infosys?
In this area, both countries have the competitive advantage over Industrialized countries of low wages and good technical skills. Where India has an advantage over China is that English is a native language.
