Wal Mart Marketing Strategy

Hello, I am a MBA student in Brazil and I have to write a marketing plan about a company. I chose the Wal Mart due to the fact it is one of the largest and well-known companies in the US and because we also have Wal Mart here in Brazil. I would like to find out deeper information about their marketing strategy, since I will be comparing it to the strategy used in Brazil. I need to describe the changes that they have done and analyze how marketing has been used by Wal Mart in Brazil and in the U.S as well as analyse what has been done through out the years by Wal Mart in both countries to achieve the results set by the company.
I am having difficulties in finding out the information to write about it, because we do not have much written regarding Wal Mart here in Brazil. Can anyone help me, please? I really appreciate it.

In fact, I just wrote an article for our newsletter entitled "Outsmarting the B2B Goliaths" -- how B2B companies can use the competitive tactics of B2C companies that are thriving in spite of Wal-Mart (
). In that article I refer to a Business 2.0 article on this topic that quite good --
However, one of the best sources with the most information and links (which all seem to work still) is a Marketing Profs Know-How Exchange questions entitled "Wal-Mart Marketing Strategy through Time"
I also suggest you Google for ideas, and check out this book
