Client Copy Review/approval Form

Posted by Anonymous on 100 Points
This isn't as much of a dilemma as it is a request for information. I'm looking for someone to provide tips on putting together a checklist/approval form for clients to use in reviewing copy. I'm looking for specific questions that can be answered, or bullet points, that will help guide clients through the review process - this would be modified depending on the type of piece - Web copy; direct mail piece, etc.

This is something that my organization has never employed before - reviews of copy have been open-ended in the past, and we need to provide clients with a more specific checklist of things to review so they know specifically what to be looking for. This form will also informally serve as an educational tool for those clients who are novices at copy/creative reviews.

Any information anyone could provide or forms that could be shared would be helpful. Thank you!

For confirmation I agree with both of the above.

    The inportant factors is to:

    1. Ensure that the approval process doesn''t last for ever!
    2. You definately get their signature on the form or an email from them.
