Best Printer For Marketing Collateral

Posted by Anonymous on 50 Points
We are a small company of less than 15 employees. We need the ability to print professional color glossy marketing collateral because we don't have the budget to keep running to Kinko's.

I'd like advice from marketers rather than the computer store folks because your advice will be based on collateral quality. I've compared models on the HP website (the only brand I'm familiar with) but still don't know what will give us the best quality for marketing purposes while still keeping use cost low and purchase price affordable.

Here is our criteria: color; duplex capable; enough memory to print graphics without long delays; media types including normal paper, glossy, labels, & card stock; fast enough for procrastinators to print something before running out the door to a meeting, Windows XP compatible.

Any suggestions?

    Go here: Price Grabber

This link will take you to the duplex printer page and they tell you where you can find all the different brands etc. Persaonlly, I use a HP 7250 and a 932C. Some will say HP isn''t the best, but so far I have been satified. Canon produces good results as well.

    Good Luck!!

I have used HP, Canon and Epson, and much prefer the Canons (W2200) and Epson (the C4100 is a good machine and serves me well - its quick too)
