Best In World Class Sales/marketing Core Processes

I am looking for the best in the world sales/marketing core visual processes.

I would also like to know what the 80/20 core drivers are in these processes.

A process map beginning to end would be great!!!!

    Interesting question! I haven't heard a "technical" one like this in awhile.

    There are so many good programs, companies etc....I'll have to get back to you on this.

    I do know IMS www.imsol.com has an excellent visual mapping program and TelCom just lauched a new program based on OOS... can't think of the name...

    Anyway, I'll try find out the detailas of what I know or have heard to be the best and their pareto methods.

    P.S. Are you looking for programs like Powerpoint, Robodemo, Flash, etc. or more company specific core focusing procedures and examples?

    How does the first response, which has an incorrect link to the wrong website, get picked as the accepted answer?

    I think the interface to this message board needs a revision, so the client does not make a mistake like that again...

    After you accept one answer you can't pick other answers for acceptance. That seems incorrect and premature.
