Who is Guy Kawasaki and what is this discussion? I'm sorry I don't know anything about this, I just joined today and am trying to get used to everybody here.

Guy Kawasaki is a marketing professional, formerly with Apple, but he's also an author, speaker and general fluffer-upper of people and their projects. Find out more here:

My organization needs to be infused with "enchantment." Apart from buying everyone the book, does anyone have any ideas about how to train enchantment into our people?

Kip, you might start by demonstrating the "enchantment" you want to infuse in the organization. It may catch on and grow organically -- especially if you follow up with copies of the book.

For me, it begins with a great story, easily repeated, that showcases how an action made (or will make) a significant difference in real people's lives. Then, have others share their similar stories, to get the "enchantment" to become a collective story.
