    Test. Then test again. That way you can gauge your return on investment (ROI).

    The quickest way to do this is to use Google Adwords. Get that to work and scale up. Newspapers and billboards are notoriously difficult to measure - so measure their effect through Google first and use that info to make your advertising as effective as possible.
