Know-How Exchange : Research/Metrics

Any help needs to be focussed on you and your skills. Obviously you've been to uni and done well enough to even think of doing an MBA let alone start applying for them. So think of the things you found most interesting about the topics you studied - and to be fair, that could be almost anything! So my proposal will be a kind of reverse-engineering of what you like and finding something appropriate to study. Either with that skill (or expertise), or applying your general knowledge to a particular interest.

Better still, wrap them together to refine it even more.

So: answers please!

(1) What is your main expertise - or what did you get the best results in?
(2) What did you enjoy most about the course you did (apart from the university bar being discounted, that is).
(3) What do you enjoy doing most outside your studies? This can be literally anything from watching the tankers cross the bay to playing snakes & ladders.
(4) Where do you see yourself in five years' time and what will you be doing?

Okay! Let's hear it! Once we know that we can sort out some proposals for you. Because this kind of thing is especially daunting, and just Googling ideas simply doesn't work. The things you see just don't apply to you. Everything's so general and unfocussed - yet the one thing you need to focus on is the very most hardest thing to focus on. I know because I've done this for myself and believe me it's tough to do. So please be as specific as you can and we'll see what we can come up with.

Because that's when it's worthwhile to Google the ideas because they'll start to mean something.

A thesis about what?

agreed with both comments above. still, within the projects you care about, it is good to choose one that others care about as well. Africa has been heralded as THE growth region in the world for the coming years. How can obstacles to growth in your country and how they can best be overcome?
