I'm not a huge fan of cartoon characters on professional sites. I know that they exist, but it wouldn't be my preference. My 2 cents.

You're selling the feature of marketing automation & Infusionsoft, without clearly articulating the benefit to the process and your approach.

Jay beat me to the punch!

What's the BENEFIT to your target audience? Why might they want your product? What's in it for them?

From my perspective, this is a fatal flaw that needs to be addressed before I even bother to click on a link.

you should pay a professional editor to review your site.

Better. Now we need to get that benefit into the headline somehow. The current headline -- "Get marketing automation for small business" is not benefit oriented at all. It's kind of a lame call to action.

Separate issue: What is the graphic supposed to communicate? How is it relevant? You might consider depicting a human, since presumably your target audience is also human and might be able to relate better. If you must use the flow chart graphic for some reason, can you add some humans or human body parts so your target audience can see themselves benefiting?

Are you a partner of (or do you receive an affiliate commission from) InfusionSoft?

Then you need to clearly articulate and clarify your position: that your company receives revenue as a result of someone buying through your site. To not do so is a violation of FTC code.

Don't think about not complying. Penalties are stiff. People have been fined thousands of dollars, and a few have gone to federal prison.

Architect is not a verb. You can't "Architect your strategy". Like telemoxie suggested, get an editor. I'd probably recommend Gary Bloomer or Jay Hamilton-Roth, but not if that would embarrass either of them. Disclosure: I have no commercial arrangements whatsoever with Jay or Gary.

BTW, when you say "the cartoon character is an alliteration of a VA", what do you mean? There is no alliteration I can detect. Do you mean it's an allegory? Or did you mean illustration? Whatever you mean - if there is a person behind the scenes somewhere as a VA, as mgoodman suggests, why not show a photo of one of them?

Duly noted. CYA and all that. Good luck with your site.
