What do you do for builders and developers? What is the name of your business?

What is the name of the company? Why do you need a tagline? Does the name of the company not tell people what you do?

    AK Builders and Developers...

What does the AK stand for? Who do you build and develop for and what do you build and develop? Who must your tag line appeal to? By which I mean: who is your ideal client and what services does this person need from you? Foundation preparation? Project management? Sub contracting? General construction? Masonry? Concrete work? Woodwork? Roofing? Plumbing? Electrical? Glazing? Interior finishing? Sales? Rentals?

Who is your primary target audience? How important is "catchy" to them? I'd focus on the BENEFIT for them, not on how clever you can be with words.

What important and unique benefit do you offer? What makes you different from, and better than, their other alternatives? Why would they hire YOU?

So what do you feel mgoodman ?i need to work on facilities in my apartments ? if yes what kind of facilities go you feel should be given in budgeted flats that makes people buy the flats..

All my projects are located in city .. so location wise i feel people should not be havng any issues ..
i just wana know what more facility can be given in BUDGETED flat

What I think or feel is not the issue. What your target audience thinks and feels is what matters. After all, they are the ones who will be paying money for what you offer them. Maybe it isn't a facility at all. Maybe it's a great location, or an attractive exterior, or the perception of a desirable lifestyle. You need to ask them what is important for their decision. How do they make a decision?

I'm also not familiar with the term "budgeted flat." What makes a flat "budgeted?" (Maybe it's just my lack of familiarity with your industry and/or the terminology where you are.)

And I'm not really convinced a tagline is important for your company, unless there is something important you want to communicate.
