The Best Live Chat For Employee Management?

hi guys,
I search and see there are many popular livechat softwares, it is too difficult to choose anything. However, I get some introduction from my friends about Subiz live chat software. because of their satisfaction in Subiz's supports, the efficiency in agents management and customer analysis.
According to you, Are those factors to choose a software as a service?

    Different people will have different criteria for selecting a service. What's important to one person may not be important to another.

    Asking us for OUR opinions may not give you the information you need to make a decision for YOU. Start your process by making a list, in priority order, of what's important to YOU. Then evaluate alternatives according to your prioritized list.

    On the keep it simple (and free) side, my consulting partner and I use Google Hangouts for chat, to share screens with each other, etc.

    It depends on what you expect, but I think Subiz could also be an option because my friend is using Subiz for his business, and I use the free version of LiveChat Helper.
    It can also be a hint for me to try the free Subiz version!
