Potter's Ranch Experience Auction

This is our first (hope to be annual) fundraising event. Being held on a Sunday afternoon at a luxury country mansion. We are having an auction to raise funds and they will be experience packages. We are a non-profit and a Christian program. We have come up with:
Potter's Party (boring)
Potter's Garden Party (boring)
Potter's Ranch name comes from Isaiah 6:48 "I am the Potter, you are the clay..mold me and shape me to be like you, Lord"

    Is the ranch's name well known in your target community? Is their mission well known?
    Who does the ranch serve (kids? adults? at-risk teens?)
    Who are you trying to attract to attend the event?
    How in/formal is the event? Any notable headliners or activities or food?
