A Tagline For Flyer - Real Estate Investment

Need a tagline for the flyer. I am looking for audience who are interested to invest in a real estate project which is located on the outskirts of the city close to airport. it is a good second investment for one who has money and wants to make a long term investment.
The design of the flyer has a money plant growing big to be the actual money giving plant. and a man is watering it. we are the ones who are watering it by developing the land and the sowing is the investment. it will grow up to be a big money plant. like wise if you invest in our project the appreciation will be similar to that and it will grow big. high returns are 100% guaranteed.

    This sounds like one of those too-good-to-be-true claims. If it's really true, make it clear who is underwriting the guarantee and what you mean by "high returns." All the stuff in your metaphor is meaningless if you really have a 100% guarantee of high returns.

    "high returns are 100% guaranteed." This approach will only work if you have massive completion bonds and insurance-based risk reversal guarantees in place to fund your claim. Proceed with caution.

    If high returns are really 100% guaranteed, see if a bank or a private lender will come up with the money. They can borrow the money at today's low interest rates and repay the loan (and accrued interest) with the 100% guaranteed "high returns."
