I understand all the words in your question, but I don't understand " ... the outcome result to Social Medial Posting." Do you have an example of the outcome result for some other field? It's not clear what you want/need or what you're going to do with it.

Are you looking from some best practices for social media advertising? If so: 1) ensure that the people you're targeting use the media, 2) that the media is appropriate way to share the message (Facebook vs. Instagram vs. LinkedIn all have different ways to communicate with audiences, and 3) that you have a compelling message to share (otherwise you'll be ignored).

"BUILDING A STANDARD OF PRACTICES" -- What is a "standard of practices? Is it anything more than Jay's 3 points?

"RECRUITING IDEAS" -- Recruiting for what? Who is the target audience? What are you recruiting them to do?

"OUTCOME OF ADVERTISING" -- What kind of "outcome" do you want? What is your goal? What constitutes success for you? How will you measure and evaluate success?

I do not think the field is sufficiently mature to develop such best practices. There are hundreds and thousands of books written about social media and recruiting. There are thousands and maybe millions of Internet sites and blogs and discussion groups about social media. Things change every day. We cannot do your work for you, and solve all your problems by typing answers in these little text boxes. I'm curious, have you read any books on social media marketing? Have you read any books on Internet recruiting? What blogs and websites and discussion groups have you found helpful? What are your plans so far? What can you personally add to the discussion?
