Condo Units For Sale

we are converting a hotel to condo units for sale...what is best captions to be use is tarpaulins? since the hotel stopped operating already and the building is 12 yrs old already...

    Why would someone want to live in this 12-year old facility? Who are these people? Where is the facility located?

    By tarpaulins you mean construction scrims, I take it? Consider showing interiors of the new units: exploded drawings with one wall taken out, giving a bird's eye view into the apartments you're creating.
