Virtual Auction Event Name/theme

Posted by jessica.mckinney on 125 Points
We are a nonprofit in South Carolina, the Upstate Family Resource Center, and struggling to come up with an auction name. We provide support services, and educational and engaging opportunities to help families thrive.
Our upcoming auction will offer items such as toys to household items and all proceeds will support the work of the Center. Any naming suggestions and/or themes would be appreciated.

To really be able to come up with a positive name and theme that will catch attention, it would be helpful if you could provide some additional information:

    1. Who are the people that you want to attract to the event, your target audience?
    2. How are you proposing to publicise the event? For example, the event marketing may vary for different event names.
    3. Will there be special considerations given to companies or individuals who will bring a 'team' or group to the event?
    4. How many people do you expect to attend the event?
    5. Apart from the auction itself, will there be other functions during the event such as the provision of food & drinks for purchase by attendees, or some singers/musicians providing entertainment?

If your bidders are likely to be familiar with your organization, why not simply use "Upstate Family Resource Center Auction?"

We actually landed on Family Fun Virtual Auction: Presented by Upstate Family Resource Center. We also have a color run in the fall called Family Fun Color Run, so we thought we could start to "brand" the Family Fun stuff to our events....
