Job Description:
The Marketing Assistant is an integral member of The Quisenberry Law Firm’s marketing team. His or her primary role is to provide administrative assistance to the Marketing Director.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelors degree preferred
- Previous work experience desirable; prior legal industry and/or marketing experience a plus
- Candidate should be detail-oriented, resourceful, enthusiastic and client-service oriented
- Professional appearance and demeanor required
- Candidate should possess excellent organizational and communication (written and oral) skills
- Research experience desirable
- Familiarity with PC applications, including Word and WordPerfect, PowerPoint and Excel
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative assistance to Marketing Director in daily activities (including seminar planning, implementation of attorney marketing plans, contact with potential clients and case evaluation, meeting preparation, etc.)
- Manage lists and databases, including event invitees, referrals and potential clients
- Assist with all aspects of event management
- Organize and maintain all press clippings and promotional materials
- Other administrative duties and responsibilities as assigned
